CMRA has a strategy to effect change
What factors contribute to men’s discipleship after ranching? By
joining the Christian Men’s Ranches Association, you help men exercise true
faith and purpose for their lives under real world conditions.
The
National Alliance to End Homelessness reports that transitional housing is
the only intervention on the decline—there are 52 percent fewer beds in that
category than there were in 2007. This follows a national trend of states and
communities shifting resources away from temporary transitional housing and towards
permanent supportive housing and rapid rehousing.
Setting the ground work for Partnering
We are very excited about creating partnerships that provide after
care for ranch graduates. CMRA is here to build relationships with
Ministries, Christian Business and
Individuals ready to help men at risk of falling through the cracks.
Proverbs 18:16 says, “A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings
him before great men,” this verse is not talking about skills, talents,
abilities, or even anointing. If we study it in detail, we understand what it
really means is how partnering can change lives.
Fellowship is the root of our relationships as God calls us to
participate by encouraging His family arrangement. The bible helps us
understand that any partnership worth pursuing can be both risky and messy
(Acts 13:49). Serving together in persevering love and discernment we cannot be
derailed because God will always prevail.
A vision with many roles
Aligning support groups that are prepared to assist in after care
and mentoring that inspire confidence and responsibility. This is a place where
we see the revealing work of God for men who have built a solid foundation in Christ.
The aim of the Christian Men’s Ranch Association, is to represents Graduates of programs offering basic rehabilitation and provide after-care which will support their personal transitional goals.
